    We send you daily listings that match your search profile. When you want to schedule a viewing, you can let us know, and our office will arrange an appointment for you.

  3. Viewing

    During the viewing, you can explore the property at your own pace. The real estate agent will professionally assess whether the home is a good purchase for you.

  4. Research and Negotiation

    Upon receiving and verifying the documents, our real estate agent will contact you for additional research based on the paperwork. We discuss the pros and cons of the property. Once you express interest in purchasing, we conduct additional research on square meter prices of comparable sold properties and determine the maximum value of the home to prevent overbidding.

    Following a negotiation strategy discussed with you in advance, we proceed with the offer. If necessary, we include a structural inspection, financing contingency, or other terms in the bid. Once your offer is accepted, we assist in selecting a reputable notary, giving you the opportunity to make your own considerations.

  5. Purchase Agreement
