The purchasing process in 6 steps.

1. Intake

At the intake, we discuss your residential wishes. Our estate agent will ask you a number of questions in order to understand what you want and are able to do. I can take this into account in the search process.

2. Search

We will send you daily the properties that match your search profile. As soon as you want to make an appointment, you can let us know. Our office will then schedule an appointment for you.

3. Viewing

During the viewing, you can look around in peace and quiet. The estate agent will assess with a professional eye whether the house is a good buy for you.

4. Research and negotiation

As soon as the documents are received and checked by our office, the estate agent will contact you about any additional research based on the documents. We will discuss the pros and cons of the property. As soon as you indicate that you would like to buy the home, we will do additional research into the square metre prices of comparable homes that have been sold and the maximum price that the home is worth, so that you do not outbid us.

We will start working for you with a negotiation strategy that we have discussed in detail with you beforehand. If necessary, we will include an architectural survey, financing reservation or other matters in the offer. As soon as your offer is accepted, we will find you a good notary and here too you will be able to make your own decisions.

5. Purchase contract
